Jon Richey is a custom woodworker with over 20 years of experience making beautiful things out of wood. He began in earnest in 1998, with training at Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery in Phoenix, AZ, and continued to hone his skills here in Memphis, spending 18 years at Kerns-Wilcheck. While employed at KW, he worked on personal and side projects; first in his own home wood-shop, and for the last several years in a large shared warehouse shop just north of the Broad Avenue Arts District. From there, his work continues.
